Description

Polypropylene intravenous catheter, 105 mm long, radiation sterilised, with winged hub mounted on trocar needle. The distal end of the cannula is tapered to facilitate its penetration into the skin and vein and the proximal end comprises a female Luer-lock connector for connection to an infusion device. The hub of the puncture needle has a chamber for display of the blood reflux that occurs when the needle bevel penetrates into the vessel to be cannulated.
Available in 4 sizes: 18, 16, 14 and 13G
