Covid-19: Staying Safe but Effective

 

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Vygon UK has been quick at anticipating and implementing the Government guidelines to protect our staff, customers, and suppliers.  The company was even featured in the local press as a good practice example of a thoroughly Covid-secure organisation.  Our warehouse team performed above and beyond, to ensure our stock levels were mostly unaffected and our customer service level was protected.  Employees who were able to work from home were promptly equipped to do so.  And those colleagues who needed - or wanted - to be in the building, consistently commented on how safe they felt. 

Today, Vygon is returning gradually to normal whilst also adopting new ways of operating.  Covid-safe measures remain aligned with Government instructions and our staff are working in a hybrid format, mixing office and homeworking.  In line with our customers’ preferences, our field-based colleagues now combine safe face-to-face interactions with online video calls. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues, customers, and suppliers, for working together and going the extra mile over the past 18 months, to provide a seamless service for the patients who needed us.
