I’m not registered, how do register to purchase online?
To register use the form HERE providing us with you business practice address and contact details. Please note due to the nature of the products being shipped we do not accept private registration and contact details.
When will be account be activated?
Our team will aim to validate your details within 24 Hours; Once your account has been activated, you will be notified by email.
Do I have to register every time I want to make a purchase?
No, once registered and approved on our site you will be able to purchase whenever you like.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Cards registered in the UK, VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Switch, Maestro.
Where can I have my items delivered?
Your delivery will be shipped to the approved practice address you provided on registering your account.
Is there a minimum order charge?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of £50 ex VAT.
What is the delivery/shipping cost?
All orders are delivered free of charge (UK Shipping only).
My card has been declined, what should I do?

Items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days with the exception of holiday periods where deliveries may take longer.
