Any communication between the shopper and RBS WorldPayTM is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for the shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
Before returning any goods to Vygon Vet, you must receive authorisation for your return by calling our Veterinary Support Team on 01793 748900 or Contact us detailing your reasons for return.
You will then be given a returns number and be advised how to return the goods. Please include a note inside the parcel detailing this returns number. All returned goods must be posted to:

When you return goods the credit adjustment will be made to the credit or debit card used as payment for the original order. Please allow 28 days from the day you post the return for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know we have received your return and your refund has been processed.
