Creating an Account

Account benefits

When you register with us, your information is stored in ‘My Account'. From there you can amend your personal details i.e. if you want to have goods delivered to another practice or your home address. You can change your password, check the status of an order, print off invoices, look up old orders for repeat purchases.

How to register and create an account

If you are a new customer, you will need to register with us and create an account, before you can make any purchases, by clicking on ‘My account / Create an account' link at the top of the home page. You will be asked to enter your details in ‘Create your account'. Existing customers can simply log in as normal.

What we do with your information

References to ‘we', ‘us' and ‘Vygon Vet' are to Vygon (UK) Ltd.

We ask for your name, telephone number, delivery address, email address for orders. When a purchase is made payment is processed via WorldPayTM, please see link below for their privacy policy:

We may obtain information about your usage of our website to help us develop and improve it further. Your information will also enable us to fulfil your order and to notify you about any problems with your order.

With your permission, we may also occasionally send you (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from Vygon Vet. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes then do not tick 'I agree to receive promotional information' in ‘Create my account'.

Forgotten or lost your password

Go to log in to your account via ‘My account', enter your registered email address and click on ‘Forgotten your password'. Follow the onscreen instructions and you will receive an email containing your password.

Closing an account

Whilst you cannot close your online account with Vygon Vet, accounts will be deactivated if they have not been used for a period of two years. Alternatively, you can close your account by calling our Veterinary Support Team on 01793 748900 or emailing vet@vygon.co.uk.
