Placing an order (online or telephone)

You can order online from Vygon Vet, using the shopping basket, once you have registered with us.

Alternatively you can place orders via telephone by calling our Veterinary Support Team on 01793 748900.

Use of basket system (changing quantities, removing items)

You can change the number of products in your shopping basket, or delete items completely. You can either amend the number in the quantity column or click on the bin to delete the whole product line.

Invoicing (print online or email, where to get copies)

If you want to print a copy of an invoice, log in to your account and click on ‘History and details of orders' where you can click on to the PDF symbol under ‘invoice'. This allows you to download a copy or print a copy. Alternatively, you can click on ‘details' to see all the details of your order.

Amending an order after it has been placed

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can amend part or all of your order by calling our Veterinary Support Team on 01793 748900 or Contact us up until the point of its dispatch to you or a third party.

Cancelling an order (prior to shipment)
